13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PROXYLANCE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Proxylance and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business of Proxylance, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
